隱私政策

我們（紫微 AI 開發團隊，以下簡稱「我們」）高度重視您的隱私。本政策說明本應用如何蒐集、使用、儲存與分享您的資訊。使用本應用即表示您同意本政策。
1. 我們蒐集的資訊
- 命盤輸入資料：您主動輸入的出生日期、時辰、性別與出生地點。此資料用於排盤計算。
- 裝置識別碼：本應用首次啟動時於本機產生一組隨機匿名識別碼（UUID），用於後端的使用次數限流與防濫用。此識別碼無法用於識別您的真實身分，亦不關聯任何帳號。
- AI 對話內容：當您使用 AI 解讀功能時，您輸入的問題與一份匿名化的命盤結構會傳送至我們的伺服器以產生回覆。
- 購買資訊：訂閱交易完全由 Google Play 處理，我們不會蒐集或儲存您的付款方式、信用卡號或帳單資訊。我們僅從 Google 接收訂閱是否有效的狀態。
我們不蒐集：您的姓名（除非您自行於命盤備註填寫）、電話、電子郵件、通訊錄、精確地理位置、相機或相簿內容（分享圖片在您點擊分享時才於本機產生）。
2. 我們如何使用這些資訊
- 出生資料僅用於本機排盤計算與產生 AI 解讀，不作其他商業用途，不出售給任何第三方。
- 裝置識別碼僅用於控管免費 / 會員的每日使用次數，防止服務遭濫用。
- AI 對話內容用於即時產生命理解讀回覆。
3. 資訊儲存
您的命盤檔案預設僅儲存於您的裝置本機（透過系統的本地儲存）。我們的伺服器不會長期保存您的出生資料。AI 解讀為即時請求，請求內容不會與您的身分關聯保存。
4. 第三方服務
為提供服務，我們使用下列第三方：
- AI 模型服務商：AI 解讀功能會將「匿名命盤結構 + 您的提問」傳送至第三方大型語言模型服務商進行分析。傳送內容不包含可識別您身分的資訊。
- Cloudflare：我們的 API 代理伺服器託管於 Cloudflare，您的請求會經其網路傳輸。
- Google Play 結算：所有訂閱與付款由 Google Play 處理，受 Google 隱私政策約束。
5. 資料安全
所有與伺服器的通訊均採用 HTTPS 加密傳輸，並使用簽章機制驗證請求來源。我們在合理範圍內採取技術與管理措施保護您的資訊。
6. 您的權利
由於命盤資料儲存於本機，您可隨時於應用內刪除任一命盤檔案，或透過系統設定移除應用以清除所有本機資料。如需協助，請透過下方信箱聯絡我們。
7. 兒童隱私
本應用不針對未滿 13 歲之兒童設計，亦不會在知情下蒐集兒童的個人資訊。
8. 政策變更
我們可能不時更新本政策，更新後將於本頁面公示並更新生效日期。重大變更將於應用內另行告知。

Privacy Policy
Effective: June 13, 2026 · Applies to "ZiWei AI" (Android)
We (the ZiWei AI team, "we") respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Chart input: the birth date, time, gender, and birthplace you enter, used for chart calculation.
- Device identifier: a random anonymous identifier (UUID) generated locally on first launch, used solely for server-side rate limiting and abuse prevention. It cannot identify you personally and is not linked to any account.
- AI conversation: when you use the AI reading feature, your question and an anonymized chart structure are sent to our server to generate a response.
- Purchase info: subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment method or billing details; we only receive entitlement status from Google.
We do not collect your name (unless you type it into a chart note), phone, email, contacts, precise location, camera, or photo library.
2. How We Use It
- Birth data is used only for on-device chart calculation and AI readings. We never sell it or use it for other commercial purposes.
- The device identifier is used only to enforce daily free/member usage limits and prevent abuse.
- AI conversation content is used to generate readings in real time.
3. Storage
Your charts are stored locally on your device by default. Our servers do not retain your birth data. AI requests are processed in real time and are not stored in association with your identity.
4. Third Parties
- AI model provider: the AI feature sends an anonymized chart structure plus your question to a third-party large language model provider. It contains no personally identifiable information.
- Cloudflare: our API proxy is hosted on Cloudflare; requests transit its network.
- Google Play Billing: all subscriptions and payments are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.
5. Security
All communication with our server uses HTTPS encryption and a request-signing mechanism to verify origin. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Your Rights
Because charts are stored locally, you can delete any chart in the app at any time, or uninstall the app to remove all local data. Contact us below if you need help.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
